There is something about early mornings – the last pause in time just before the day breaks and the sun rises, where you witness the last hint of fog on the water before it evaporates. When the light is soft, it falls upon your face gently, and the air is cool, for warm hugs and gentle kisses.

Few mornings ago the three of us took a drive out to what remained of this beautiful piece of mother nature. The haze cleared and the sun came thru, and we were nearing the end of our session when Linus grabbed his guitar and started serenading Amelia with his voice, just like he did when they were dating.

And there I was surrounded by these tall trees that were there long before I was born, with the faint sound of a guitar from a distance and two voices singing as one. And for a moment I felt the joy in my heart and for a moment I thought, I was exactly where I wanted to be.
